If you schedule an appointment through this website and  then wanted to cancel it before start of the actual event like online appointment then you are eligible for full refund within 14 days. No payment refund after actual appointment(online service) time.

After purchasing online video courses / PDF  using this website or App, we provide you full access for course and related material like PDF. in this case we can't refund you for video course but we can refund full amount within 14 days based on below conditions.

  a.> if the online video course link is not working or you are not able to watch video course after purchase

  b.> After your purchase, within 1 day we delete the course which is now unavailable for you.
